5 sleeper QBs for the 2020 NFL season

Training camp is finally underway for all 32 NFL teams and padded practices are happening. While it’s not necessarily the setting that everyone is used to, it’s an exciting time of the year.

With no public viewings of these sessions, no joint practices, and no preseason games, fans will have to look elsewhere to keep up with their favorite players for their favorite team and their fantasy teams.

Fantasy football may be more difficult than ever this year with everyone relying on tweets and practice reports to decide who to select. One or two guys could make or break a season.

That’s why we want to help you and find some players who could outperform their current draft status. Using FantrasyPros.com rankings from their PPR format, we’ve determined that these five quarterbacks are being drafted too late.

Baker Mayfield, Browns (ADP: 102nd overall)

Mayfield finished his second season with 3,827 yards, 22 touchdowns, and 21 interceptions while adding three more touchdowns on the ground. Those numbers don’t necessarily inspire anyone. However, with Kevin Stefanski replacing Freddie Kitchens, there may finally be some stability coming for the young quarterback.

Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry, David Njoku, and Austin Hooper should be more than enough to surround Mayfield with. If he’s able to limit his mistakes, the former first overall pick will be great value at his current low-end QB2 draft status.
